Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following:

- All exchange or refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange please contact our customer support team on info@yasminewissajewelry. After this period, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation is required for all return transactions.
- All Customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- ⁠Earrings and ear-cuffs cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene considerations.
